The Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma four-bladed, twin-engine, large utility helicopter designed and manufactured by Eurocopter. It is an upgraded version of the Aerospatiale SA 330 Puma, featuring a newer engine and greater volume. The Super Puma first flew in 1978 and fully replaced the Puma as the main production model in 1980. Since 1990, military versions of the Super Puma have been designated the AS532 Cougar. The aircraft has a variety of users in both the commercial and military sectors.
