The company is now owned by Russian aircraft manufacturer S7 Technics, who purchased it in 2011 in order to help the company acquire type certification for their LT aircraft. Epic Aircraft produces FAA certified single engine turboprop aircraft designs. Other aircraft designed and produced by Epic include the LT, Victory, E1000, Dynasty, and Elite.
